I help founders and businesses design, build and improve SaaS products with practical architecture, reliable engineering and cloud infrastructure built for long-term growth.
SaaS products bring together product decisions, engineering, infrastructure, user management and ongoing delivery. I can help across the full journey rather than treating each part in isolation.
Founders building an MVP
Turn an early product idea into a functional SaaS platform ready for real users.
Businesses digitizing operations
Replace manual processes, spreadsheets or fragmented tools with a purpose-built platform.
Existing SaaS teams
Add features, integrations, modules or improve architecture and maintainability.
Teams needing technical delivery
Support product planning, engineering decisions and delivery from scope through production.
Capabilities
From foundation to production.
SaaS Architecture
Design practical application architecture based on the product, users and expected growth.
Multi-Tenant Systems
Build platforms supporting multiple organizations, workspaces, teams or customer accounts.
Authentication & Permissions
User accounts, organizations, invitations, roles, permissions and secure account management.
Plans, Subscriptions & Billing
Plan restrictions, free trials, subscription flows, usage limits and payment provider integrations.
Dashboards & Admin Systems
Customer dashboards, internal tools, reporting areas and system administration interfaces.
Backend & APIs
REST APIs, business logic, integrations and scalable backend services.
Cloud Infrastructure
AWS deployment, storage, background processing, databases and production infrastructure.
Third-Party Integrations
Payments, email, external APIs, analytics, business tools and other SaaS services.
AI Features
Add AI-assisted workflows, LLM integrations and automation where they provide real product value.
Accessibility
Build accessible interfaces and include accessibility considerations throughout development.
Common features
The building blocks of modern SaaS products.
Every product needs a different mix — scope follows the product, not a checklist.

Delivery
From idea to production.
Step 01
Discovery
Understand the product, users, business model and technical requirements.
Step 02
Architecture
Define the application structure, data model, infrastructure and key technical decisions.
Step 03
MVP Development
Build the essential product experience first and validate the core workflows.
Step 04
Testing & Refinement
Improve reliability, usability, accessibility and edge-case handling.
Step 05
Cloud Deployment
Prepare infrastructure, environments, monitoring and production deployment.
Step 06
Iterate
Use real product feedback to improve features and grow the platform.
Technology
Technology chosen around the product.
I work across frontend, backend, databases and cloud infrastructure, choosing technologies based on the product rather than forcing every project into the same stack.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Every product is different — get in touch for anything not covered here.
What types of SaaS products can you build?
Business platforms, internal tools turned into products, multi-tenant applications, dashboards and admin systems, and products with subscriptions, integrations or AI-assisted features. Past work includes school management, accessibility technology, file collaboration and portfolio publishing.
Do you work with early-stage SaaS MVPs?
Yes. For an MVP the focus is on the core workflows real users need first, built on an architecture that can grow — so the first version does not have to be thrown away later.
Can you work on an existing SaaS platform?
Yes. I can add features, modules and integrations, or help improve architecture, performance, accessibility and maintainability. Work usually starts with a review of the existing codebase and infrastructure.
Can you build multi-tenant SaaS applications?
Yes. I have led development of a multi-tenant, multi-user platform and can help choose a tenancy model — such as shared or separated data — based on your customers, data requirements and expected growth.
Can you integrate subscriptions and payments?
Yes — subscription plans, trials, usage limits, feature restrictions by plan and integration with a payment provider. I've integrated Stripe in production SaaS work; the right provider still depends on your market and business model.
Can you deploy the platform on AWS?
Yes. I can set up environments, storage, databases, background processing, CI/CD and monitoring on AWS, sized to the product's current stage rather than over-engineered.
Can you add AI features to an existing SaaS?
Yes, where they add real value — for example AI-assisted workflows, document processing or LLM integrations. A small proof of concept is often the best first step before committing to a full feature.
Do you offer ongoing development after launch?
Yes. After launch I can continue improving features, fixing issues and extending the platform based on real user feedback. Scope and availability are agreed per project.
